I had my Body Mass Index calculated and it interpreted me not just an underweight but an anorexic. NAMAN! Now I'm becoming more and more and more conscious about my weight. This is very abnormal. I'm having 2 to 3 cups of rice each meal and my wrists aren't bloating yet. My waistline is shocking 27 - my favorite number! I have a female waist! Talo ko pa si Kate or Anali!
I'm 5'5" (tama ba yung apostrophe niyan?) but I consider myself as someone small. I want four more inches! I only have 48.9 kgs of weight with clothes on! The normal weight should be between 54.5 and 67.8. Anlayo ko naman.. Naiiyak ako. Nakakainis!
Resolution:
1. take weight training (yeah, weight training PE ko) seriously.
2. eat no less than 5 meals/snacks a day.
3. have a well chosen diet rich in protein and carbo
Nagsesearch na nga ako ng gain weight programs sa net eh! HAHAHAHA! I'm so weight conscious - like someone obese. Haaaay.
Body Mass Index, together with blood pressure, fat index, height, weight, etc. can be calculated for just five pesos in Mercury Drug outlets (maybe) nationwide.

Hannah, I have been eating more than almost anyone, di ba? Madalas kitang kalunch kaya alam mo yan.
My metabolism rate is just too abnormal. I need a second stomach so I could have some catching up.
onga. i know that you eat a lot. ako nga din ganun eh, kain ng kain hindi tumataba kaya apir tayo. hehehe
